I actually like this lineup. I would rather see what Alston and Head can do with the Adelman system instead of bringing Cutino Mobley in. I think we should just trade those guys for draft picks. Cause I'd rather have a first round Big next year when Deke Retires.

Welcome back, your dreams were your ticket out.
Welcome back to that same old place that you laughed about.
Well the names have all changed since you hung around,
But those dreams have remained and they’re turned around.

Who’d have thought they’d lead ya (Who’d have thought they’d lead ya)
Back here where we need ya (Here where we need ya)

Yeah we tease him a lot cause we’ve got him on the spot,
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.

can someone tell me why Steve Francis is good for this team, besides sentimental reasons?

The Rockets are collecting the kind of talent that should crush most teams in 2nd quarter scrub time. We get good rest for the finishers and wear the other guys down.

Keep your head on Stevie... and welcome back.

It seems like letting JVG go was the BEST thing that happened this off season. Lets not forget that Adelman is a players coach. It will be tough but I trust he can manage the roster. Its all about winning a ring...nothing else!

Thinking further about it, I can perhaps see it as worthwhile if we play about a 10-man rotation and just freakin' run every opponent to death every game.

Any other way of looking at it, Stevie is selfish, careless, and brings tooo low a basketball IQ.

I agree. He'd have to be a blind fool not to realize it won't be all about him here anymore.

    omg

i dont really know how to react to this news. im excited to have him back because he was hte "franchise" but i mean at what cost. how much? whos spot does he take? id rather give his roster spot to another position but then again francis is back. damn morey has quickly and effortlessly turned the team around. add him to my other man crushes - tmac, brook and morey. wow

look at our depth that no one thought we would have. but this is all speculation that everyone plays like they should

Anything that improves your overall depth, and team is a good thing. Also he is here on a cheap contract. That we could move if we have problems.

Take it easy, man. Let Adelman worry about it. It never hurts to add talent for cheap.
