    To be fair, it’s only 1 or 2 posters that have blind optimism/love for him…. They just post a lot in the off-season or in spring training as there is prospect bias and it apparently piques their interest/posting frequency.

    Jake ain't an everyday player. He is the starter but he platooning with Chas in centerfield when Yordan gets bored just swinging a bat.

    That's one way to look at it. I look at from the point of view that Yordan getting on base will give more opportunities to Tucker, Bregman, and Diaz, and 5 PAs for Yordan is better than 4.
