Anyone still have Deangelo Williams? And if so, are you still playing him?

I keep wanting to bench him, but his "player notes" predict him having a big game against the Rams this weekend. I wouldn't mind just cutting him, but he's on the no-cut list for some strange reason.

I still have him(He's still a #1 back in the NFL), and am playing him due to bye weeks. Normally though he is on my bench now.

In that case I would just leave 1 (maybe 2) bench spots open every Sunday for potential pickups.

To clarify, you can drop bench players, just not starters? Then I wouldn't need to leave an open spot.

No, once kickoff happens for that particular player, he is "locked" for the rest of the day, and cannot be dropped from your roster until midnight or so.

I think that also applies to players which aren't on someone's team.

It's the standard yahoo format I think.

I heard he had a foot/leg injury and may actually see some decrease in playing time. Offensive line in shambles + no passing game = no running game (most of the time).

I picked up David Gettis this morning, should I start him vs the Rams? My other WRs, Nicks and DJax, are on bye so its either him or either Lance Moore or Demaryius Thomas.

I'd go Moore. No telling if Gettis is a one game wonder or not. Thomas shouldn't even be considered until he is ahead of Royal on the depth chart.

Peyton Hillis for Marques Colston??? He is offering me Colston

I have AP and Mendenhall as my starting running backs.

    No where to put Hillis...

My WR core is Chad Johnson, Reggie Wayne, and Percy Harvin, thats it.

    3 starters at WR.

    Should i do it?

You got a pretty good receiving core and RB core so either Hillis or Colston will basically be your backup. I mean Colston could probably start over Harvin but your just basically swapping a RB for a WR in my opinion.

Stack, it is so frustrating man.

    I'm 3-4??

I've given up 120+ points the last 4 weeks.

    4 losses in a row.

I've been hitting low 100s as well.

    QB-WR-WR-WR-RB-RB-TE-DEF-K

It sucks, I think I am going to do it since I am not going to bench AP or Mendenhall.

    :(

I say you find a team that is desperate need for a RB and try and make a deal to get better at WR or some other position. I have been getting offers for Hillis on a daily basis.

I'm hoping that I can pick up Fitzpatrick tomorrow on waivers otherwise I'm going to have to look deeper on the waiver wire or make a trade (I lost Romo on MNF).

Looks like some sort of ESPN post-processing gave my opponent about 2 more points after Monday (I guess they changed the scoring on a fumble or something). Thus, Miles Austin's 4.4 and the Giants' D/ST 0 left me to lose by 0.5. Lamest thing ever.

I'm now 3-4, despite being the 3rd highest scoring team in the 12-team league. FML.

I lost by 0.22 a couple weeks ago. I'm the HIGHEST scoring team in that 12 team league but I'm 4-3. Sucks.

I survived what will be my toughest bye week (Peyton, Arian Foster, and Cushing). Only one I have this week is replacing Hakeem Nicks. Sitting @ 6-1 in 1st and with the highest points in the league by far (thanks to Peyton and Arian).

Can't decide between Jordan Shipley (vs. Miami) and Steve Breaston (vs. TB).

I'm rolling phat with a 7-0 record and the top points total in my league, even better, I've proved my worth by coming in at 5th most points scored against... so my schedule hasn't been cupcakes.

This week I lose Roddy White and DeSean Jackson, but Foster and Thomas Jones should carry me through, and my Garcon pickup should pay dividends. 8 and 0 here I come

Same thing happened to me but in reverse, I was down by like 30 points with Hicks going for me and my opponent had NY's "D" and Austin...I lost by .1 :(

    should I:

trade my Steve Smith (NYG) for Miles Austin (Dallas)

I get Austin, but the idea of a new QB scares me, I also do have Witten if that matters.

Just like I said ima, Williams is doubtful for this week's game due to a foot injury.

Crap. That means my lineup has no choices. Everyone is on a bye or hurt now.

Edit: Tempted to pick up Stewart, but don't know who I would cut. Flacco or Williams are my only choices.
