    16 Team league

    Heres my roster

    QB: Cutler, Orton
RB: Jones Drew, Hightower, Norwood, Portis
WR: Desean Jackson, Bowe, Manningham, Santana Moss
    TE: Witten, Keller
    K: Carpenter, Vinatieri
    DEF: Bengals, Raiders

I'm thinking Cutler, JD, Hightower, Jackson, Bowe, Witten, Carpenter, and Bengals

Any opinions? I'm just getting back into FF.

Am I one of the few who still likes Portis?

Jamaal Charles home on Monday night against the Chargers

or Jerome Harrison against the Bucs

any advice would be appreciated. Normally I'd start Charles, but Harrison is the number 1 going against a terrible Bucs run D.

I'd go with Harrison....he finished very strong last season, and I'm still not sure of Charles' workload with TJ there now.

Yeah i think he Harrison should get at least 1 TD hopefully. I'll be pissed if Charles goes off on Monday night though. I'm playing against Adrian Peterson this week so depending on how he does tomorrow night I can gauge on how many points im going to need to put up from my RB2 to be competitive.

Got two flex spots I'm debating on...PPR league...

    Sims-Walker vs Den
    Forte vs Det
    S.Moss vs Dal
    LT vs Bal
    Portis vs Dal
    L.Evans vs Mia

Definitely going with Forte, but can't decide between Sims-Walker (against Champ Bailey) or Moss/LT.

I actually went with Lee Evans over Mike Sims-Walker this week. Evans has a good track record against Miami.

I am gonna play it safe this week and go with Brandon Jacobs. I am projected to win by about 60 points this week, so I am not too worried. I don't trust Boldin against Revis this week

Start Orton, MJD, Jackson, Bowe, Witten, Carpenter and Bengals. Hightower/Portis is a push for me -- I don't really like either of those guys, but it looks very much like Beanie Wells is not going to play week 1 and it's a favorable matchup so I'm leaning towards Hightower. I'd start Orton over Cutler -- I think that the Bears might take some time to get their act together on offense, and Detroit's defense is very underrated at the moment especially with their vastly upgraded line. Plus Orton gets to throw against one of the worst pass defenses in the league.

Your running backs suck, other than Foster.

Start Foster, Barber, Johnson, Boldin and I'd decide between Jacobs and Driver for the flex spot. Gaffney has potential there too.

    Thanks! repped.

I was debating Orton and Cutler, but the Broncos will most likely be having some rain down in JAX. Wondering how big the effect could be on the numbers.

I'm not starting Boldin against Revis, Andre and Driver are starting at WR.

I forgot about the Ravens matchup, but I think in the end it might still pay you to start Boldin especially since he has Houshmanzadeh and Mason to help stretch the field. Driver is getting older and can be a feast-or-famine type guy, especially with Jennings and Jermichael Finley getting lots of targets now. Still, he has the better matchup so go with your gut feeling there.

They're gonna test Revis, he's missed all preseason and camp. He's gonna have some rust. Put Driver in your flex, NYG hasn't made clear what Jacobs' role will be in the offense. Driver's been quiet but consistent for ages.

    Ronnie Brown v. Buffalo
    Jamaal Charles v. San Diego

Driver is the most underrated player in fantasy football. I have drafted him each of the past 3 years (4 if you count this year) and he has helped me to 1st place in the standings every season. The guy is as solid as they come.
Charles, he tore it up at the end of last season

I have Crabtree and been offered Witten straight up? My other WR are Colston, Owens V. Jackson, and Roy Williams. My TE is Heath Miller. Yay or nay?
