Black and gray? No. It is Silver and Black. Get that right.

Also you're making a poor comparison for your case. Dallas Clark vs Antonio Gates is pretty subjective, both of them are essentially WRs in their offenses because they can get open as well as any Wideout in the league. I wouldn't say it makes a lick of difference if its Manning or Rivers getting them the ball.

But you're suggesting that Revis is more the product of his environment. I would argue that the Jets success as a whole is based largely upon Revis being able to lock down the opposing team's best receiver. Look at last year when he opened up the season by locking down Andre Johnson and Randy Moss. Not just keeping the best WRs in football relatively quiet, but simply shutting them down. He obliterated Ochocinco in consecutive weeks, just toyed with him. The guy is sensational.

Asomugha just doesn't get tested, they know that Al Davis is a ****ing moron and insists that his defensive coordinators play mostly bump and run coverage because "thats how Willie Brown and Skip Thomas did it back in the day". They keep him on one side of the field too often, they won't let him shadow the opposing team's player.

Honestly a part of me wishes they'd trade him. He deserves a shot at playoff success. He's paid his dues for too long.

Kris Jenkins plays as much of roll as Revis does. Yes I said it. Revis is phenomenal player, no doubt. Nobodies arguing that he isn't. I'm just saying the Jet's D contributes to Revis's success where as the Raiders D has sucked major goat nuts the past few years excluding Nmadni and Kirk. They've shined though, no? You'd know broseph.

Look at mister technical silver and black.... You know damn well I wouldn't correct you and get PMessy if you said blue and yellow.

And trade him to us. You might have rings but he has a light years better chance of winning it with us rather than suffering the black hole another year.

I wasn't saying otherwise, but that is not an ideal situation from a fantasy perspective. You dont want a guy who is splitting carries with 2 other guys.

But I definitely disagree that they have any kind of shot at the East

Spiller is definitely a high risk pick. Even if he is the starter, there will be many carries taken from him. However, they may try to get him the ball however they can, he makes big plays happen. They don't have a good receiver group.

I've been leaning this way. I would probably put Wallace in there if Ben were playing, but he's not. Also I'm not sure what to expect from Chicago/Hester and I already have Forte starting. Return yardage doesn't count.

Lee Evans is good but the problem with the Bills is a poor offensive line and a poor quarterback. If both of those elements of your team are bad then it doesn't matter who you have catching the ball.

If you can name another WR on that team off the top of your head, I commend you sir.

Roscoe Parrish but he is known more for return skills than receiving. After that, you're right I can't name another. A lot of teams get by with just one good/decent receiver though but the Bills have never really recovered from Jim Kelly's retirement. Wide receiver really isn't a big issue with them though, the quarterback and offensive line are the biggest woes on that team.

Very true, look at Minny. Their receivers weren't big names at all, then Favre makes Rice a star. The bills definitely need a QB.

It does show how important it is to get a decent QB. JP Losman was a complete bust.

They had a couple good years with Flutie, and one sensational year with Bledsoe at the helm throwing to Eric Moulds and Peerless Price, with Travis Henry running the ball.

Man, I forgot about Moulds. Wish we could've gotten more out of him.

    Here is my team:

    QB: K. Kolb
    WRs: Calvin Johnson, Steve SMith
    RBs: Michael Turner, Fred Jackson
    TE: Dustin Keller
    WR/TE: Dwyane Bowe
    WR/RB: Kenny Britt
bench: Anthony Fasano (TE), Antonio Bryant (WR), Fred Taylor (RB)

    Should I drop Kolb?

Tell me this is a 25 team league and there was just no depth...

Fred Jackson is just back from injury and will have to split carries w/ CJ Spiller. Antonio Bryant was released and probably wouldn't be able to play until at least 1/2 way through the season. Fred Taylor still plays football?

Kolb is the least of your problems.

I need to fill out the following for this week

    WR:
    WR:
    RB:
    RB:
    W/R:

    My options are:

    Andre Johnson vs IND
    Anquan Boldin @ NYJ
    Donald Driver @ PHI
    Arian Foster vs. IND
    Brandon Jacobs vs. CAR
    Marion Barber @ Washington

I also have Jacoby Jones, Mario Manningham, Jabar Gaffney, Toby Gerhart, but I am not really considering them this week.

Michael Crabtree against a bad Seattle defense

    or

Terrell Owens against a bad New England defense
