I'd go with Cutler at home against the N.O.'s no defense with no worries considering the numbers he put up last week... I think Cleveland and Philly will go heavy in the run game. But if your gut has a good track record _ listen to it.
so im walking into playoffs without much RB depth. I need to fill 2 slots and all I have a Le'Veon Bell. Ryan Mathews is out this week. Bishop Sankey sucks and I didn't play Kerwynn yesterday... and I'm still holding onto Joseph Randle since midseason with expectations that Murray is going to get injured Given that all of my options suck I'm actually considering Mike Tolbert given the panthers current situation. What to do?
Rashard is a must-start if he's healthy. Id start him over Gore, but it's kind of a "go for broke" move. Are you projected to win?
I finished 2nd in my league, but my entire team is breaking down with injuries. I don't know who to start this week. It's a half point ppr league with 1 qb, 2 wrs, 2 rbs, 1 te, 1 flex. QBs: Stafford, Eli Manning WRs: Hilton, Wallace, Kelvin Benjamin, & Keenan Allen RBs: Eddie Lacy, Justin Forsett, Daniel Herron TE: Martellus Bennett K: Dan Bailey D: Detroit, Miami, & Buff As of now, I'm starting Stafford, Hilton, Benjamin, Lacy, Forsett, Bennett, Allen at flex, Detroit and Bailey. But Lacy and Forsett both have injuries and my third rb Ellington, which I dropped, is out for the year. I was thinking of benching Lacy and starting Herron. I think Eli might have a better matchup than Stafford too, but I'm hesitant to make that change. Any advice on who I should start would be appreciated.
no...i started cook over vernon davis though and he did nothing thursday..so that doesn't help. but davis hasnt done jack for me all year. guess i'll have to hope for others to just have some big games. how its been all year really. gore/davis have done nothing...still finished first haha. but figure can't hurt to try some other guys because at this point the niners are in shambles and they're playing the seahawks...can't bode well
Depends on your RB depth. Word is Manziel will rely heavily on TE play, as we would expect. Consistent scoring at the TE position is huge, especially during the playoffs. Witten has been inconsistent but if I was deep at RB, I wouldn't be opposed to dropping Asiata and picking up Cameron. Then I'd go with the better matchup at TE the rest of the way.
Flex starter: Martavius Bryant @ ATL -or- I. Crowell vs. CIN Essentially, Falcons' secondary or Bengals' run D? Who's the better matchup?
I don't think I'd bench Stafford for Eli. I'd also be wary of benching Lacy, even against BUF. Just a gut feeling.
Depth at RB is good. Have Foster, Morris, Mathews and Herron. TE isn't bad either, I have Julius Thomas.
You're in great shape. I wouldn't worry about picking up Cameron. Unless, of course, my opponent has a hole at TE. Better to have him on my bench than starting against me.
Would you rather I hope Cam makes a miraculous recovery? I was ready to start Manziel last week due to Cam's crappy season but they went with Hoyer instead.
