I think it's actually a fairly even trade. Andy Dalton is destroying his receivers fantasy value, but if he goes back to even being average it'll return. And Hillman's recent foot injury makes things a little murky as well. But based on consistency and QB play, I'd lean slightly towards you getting the better end of the deal.

If you're trading an asset like Ben you need to at least receive a solid RB in return. Tate is stuck in a time share with 2 others. Mathews is always a risk to be injured. Try packaging one of your RBs with Ben in order to move up.
Wow. You finally like one of my deals lol. My team put up 134.4 points last week with Hillman and AJ only giving me a combined 7 points so I'm fairly certain I can plug Robinson and Cobb into my line up and still win matchups going forward.
