I think I would definitely go with Benson over Pierre Thomas. Other than that, agreed. I'm in playoffs round 2 - big dilemma over Brady/Favre. Brady is the obvious choice but the weather is an issue in Buffalo. Carolina's defense has played pretty well of late, and Favre is slumping a bit. Do I just stick with Brady and hope for decent weather?
agree w/diehard. Benson over Pierre + your choices diehard, i'd prob go with brady. You gotta think Minny will run AP in this one...poor rush D and solid pass D. I think Brady's "average game" against Buff is going to be Favre's ceiling against Car. So basically I think it's very unlikely Favre outperforms him this week

my first question in this thread i think.. pick 2: Calvin Johnson (assume no Stafford) vs. ARI Steve Smith CAR vs. MIN (Winfield is back as of last week) Mendenhall vs. GB (GB is among the best 3 in the league against the run, fantasy pts wise) Josh Cribbs (76 yards out of the wildcat last week, and they are supposedly going to run him more this week) @ KC (terrible run D) not really considering Crabtree @ PHI even after he hooked me up in 2 leagues last week right now I'm leaning towards Calvin and Cribbs.. in another league, I'm deciding if I should bench Collie (vs. JAX) or Crabtree (again, @ PHI) for Cribbs
wow very tough. you have to go with only 1? I'm torn...I don't like Thomas Jones, but I don't like going against the guys who got you there unless it's VERy clear to do so. Cleveland's D has stepped up a bit the last couple of weeks, and Dwayne Bowe is coming back...so I guess I'll say Jones by a hair

Well, he got me negative points last week and I still won by 60 thanks to Brandon Marshall and Desean Jackson. Get this, I started off with a decent team in this league. I had Brady/MJD/Slaton/R.Rice/Mendenhall/Moreno/R.Williams/D.Jackson/O.Daniels to begin with. But in the standard yahoo format you have to have 3 WRs, so I made an early season trade. I traded Roy Williams, Eddie Royal and Knowshon Moreno for Randy Moss and Brandon Marshall, then later after I lost Owen Daniels, I traded Brady/Slaton/Harvin for Brees/Witten. So now I've got Brees/Moss/Marshall/D.Jackson/MJD/Rice/Witten. Needless to say I'm killing this league.
