This is just the nature of NFL RBs. That is why you draft RB heavy in the middle rounds. You need insurance. If you're scouring the waiver wire look for Crowell, Forsett, and possibly Bobby Rainey.
I'd rather have Forsett, because Tate will be back, & West looked pretty good himself for the Browns.
I got a couple of offers on the table after week 1. Which one should I take? PPR league Deal A Stafford/Gore for Lynch/(Harvin or Edelman) Deal B Stafford/Cruz for Brown/(Moreno or Ivory) Reggie Bush might be able to be had with Brown. Owner has been flaky. I have: Brees as my QB (1 starter) D. Thomas, Cruz and crap at WR (2 starters) Decker at WR/RB FLEX (1 starter) Gore, Morris, Pierce, Jackson at RB (2 starters)
Yup. There were a couple position hoarders in our draft. So I had to take value to set up for future trades.
I click "accept" for deal A as quick as humanly possible. I'm assuming you've got relatively normale scoring rules; well you're essentially giving up a 3-4th rounder and a 4-5th rounder, for a bonafide stud RB AND a legit WR. I'd go all in with A
Shonn Green is going up against what could be an historically bad defense. I'd go safe and pick him. Pierre Thomas needs targets to succeed, and Terrance West will be splitting time regardless. Also: Unless he's paying you out of his own pocket to do so, don't ever ask about MJD again.
That's a tough one, but considering how they used him last week, I slightly lean Harvin. They must know they've got a limited time with him before he gets a migraine, so they're using the crap outta him.
Got a trade offer. Vincent Jackson for Kaepernick. I currently have 2 other qb's on my roster. Cam and Palmer. Yay or Nay?
