I was offered: trade: Amendola & Roy Helu (the other guy has Alfred Morris) get: Jay Cutler & Green Ellis My team (16-team league): QB: Ben Roethlisberger RB: AP, Sproles, Ben Tate WR: DeSean Jackson, Jordy Nelson, Rueben Randle, Percy Harvin, Kenny Britt (about to drop him) TE: Det TE D/ST: Steelers I need a fill-in QB this week. Just want to make sure this isn't too lopsided. Thanks
I would. Boldin is inconsistent due to lack of weapons but Kaep will break out of his slump and start rolling soon. Andre is same old Andre and is always an upgrade over a player like Boldin, even without the TDs.
I wouldn't. Sproles is what Spiller is supposed to be this season. Ingram is out and asking for a trade Pierre is hardly getting any run and all the garbage time stats are being given to the rookie Robinson. I'd keep Sproles unless there's a no doubt trade proposed (i.e. your Lacy for Dez rape).
Yeah, I just looked at the injury report and Sproles season projections. Think I am going to lay off of this one. I may have another blockbuster coming but I'll have to wait and see on that one.
Insane. Good luck, seems like you're playing with guys that will give up AP for Cecil Shorts. Have fun!
Honestly, the guy who traded him has nothing at running back. His best running back is Darryl Richardson. After that he has Hillman, Knile Davis, Ronnie Brown. It was pretty bad. I think he could have gotten more than Lacy out of the deal though. Not really. The draft didn't follow projection at all. In the first round of my draft, Manning, Griffin and Kaepernick were all chosen. This allowed me and others to load up at specific positions and then these others were short at certain positions. In fact, I think no trades happened in this league last year with the same people. Now there have been 5 already this season.
Ok I'm so tempted to play Josh Gordon but not sure if I should put him over any of my guys... I got Giovanni Bernard at the flex. Decker and Desean Jackson at WR, thoughts?
The only one I could say you could switch would maybe Bernard only because Cleveland's run D is pretty stout. The other two are must starts in my opinion.
I offered the same trade, had to tweak it by adding a RB from his side and a receiver from mine (league rules). But the guy rejected it. It just so happens he's the one at the bottom of the totem pole at 1-3. But he didn't want this: Decker + Lacy for Dez + Jonathan Stewart Don't ask me why he still has let alone drafted JS..... But you're lucky to have people as desperate as that in your league.
