I was just offered this trade Incoming Dirk Nowitzki DeMar DeRozan for Outgoing Josh Smith Joe Johnson Thoughts
Regular 9-cat league H2H REPLACING FT% with FTM. Should I trade Dwight Howard and Paul George for Lamarcus Aldridge and Josh Smith?
The duo of Smith and Johnson is much better than DeMar and Dirk. DeMar's %s such and even when he's going good, he only contributes in the points category, with a couple other stats here and there. Smith and Johnson both fill out the entire stat sheet consistently really well.
NO! You can get a lot more value for Gortat than Martin the way he's been playing. I mean if you're desperate. I would think you could find another low level SG to trade Scola for thru another team, no? Are you that desperate for SG help?
Thank you. Almost pulled the trigger but then remembered Gortat got me 68 fantasy points last game. I just don't trust Harden or Nick Young at SG for my team.
Young will get his, he's a black-hole on offense and should put up pretty good numbers in the points category. But if you put it out there that Gortat is available, I'm sure someone would be willing to give up a SG with better value and upside then Martin.
I'm not desperate, I am in 1st place, but Scola contributes nothing to my team. And I could use some 3s. I have offered him in trades to everyone in the league, no one wants him
I got offered Derrick Rose for Carmelo, should I do it? I know Rose is out right now and when the fantasy playoffs come around they might rest him.
- thats tougher but i would not do it... - iman is gonna lose minutes to davus soon and i still think stuckey will still get more production with knight factoting in - i think david west and scola are a wash - so i would not do this trade because stuckey would give u more value longer than iman who will be losing his spot in a few days or week
I own Iman and West. But I just got offered Ariza + Marvin Williams for Lou Williams and Iman Shumpert. Lou has been one of my most consistent scorers, but I just don't trust any Sixers because they all produce a decent amount, but never huge numbers. I want to get rid of Shumpert because he will lose value when Davis is back. My plan is to drop Williams right away and pick up Davis... so it's practically Ariza for Lou + Shumpert. Should I go through with it? It's hard to rid of Lou's scoring, but Ariza's been producing in every category.
Lou williams is better than ariza but with eric gordon out, ariza's value takes a rise... the knock on ariza is that he won't score consistently and has a bad fg%. If you need another steal and some more boards u take ariza. If you need scoring, more threes, less boards and just a tad less steals you take lou. Also worth noting, lou;s minutes are fixed imo because he is a bench player and if they be blowing out teams he gets minutes, if they losing he gets minutes, he will get minutes when itsclose and will also get minutes later in the season if they choose to rest starters.
Should I play... Kyrie Irving at Orlando or Brandon Jennnings at Detroit Second dilemma... Andrew Bynum at Denver or Marc Gasol at OKC
Drop Shumpert for Kidd? Like Kidd's potential to add 3's. Worried Shumpert will lose PT in the coming weeks. STL difference should be negligible.
Guy is offering Luis Scola & Dorell Wright, for my Wesley Matthews & Paul George... On paper it looks like a good trade but... it's an iffy one, yeah?
I wouldn't trade George until you hear some news on how Granger's ankle is doing. That could be a plus in production and minutes for him if Granger sits for a lengthy amount of time. Scola has been playing slightly better and with Kevin's slumping production may have to take on more of the scoring load along with Kyle. Wes and Dorrell have been a wash all season, I have Wes and he has been far from consistent all season, Crawford has hurt his production and Felton just plain sucks in that system. I say hold off a bit and see how everything transpires in the next few days. Sadly George has the most potential out of all those guys and you already have him so, no rush.
