That's the thing. I have B. Westbrook, S. Slaton, F. Jones, J. Jones, J. Harrison, C. Taylor. Pretty weak set there. My wide receivers are M. Colston, B. Marshall, A. Bryant, D. Driver. I think that's a pretty solid set. I'd like to get a solid RB in return just don't know if it will happen.
trade offered to me... frank gore and devin hester FOR andre johnson and larry johnson.. i'd be getting gore and hester.. should i pull this? i don't have any good RB's... i do have fitzgerald and marques colston though.. thoughts?
I'm guessing you mean Antonio Bryant and yes it would make sense even though Slaton had a great game. Rice is fantasy gold.
Yeah or what about Slaton and Felix Jones. The guy who has Rice is pretty weak on RBs but pretty good at WR. Is Slaton and Jones too much?
Jones is splitting carries with Marion Barber and Tashard Choice so no, it's not too much. He'll have a one or two double digit games this year but nothing compared to what Rice will have.
I had a trade of Favre and Slaton for Rice but he backed out due to late bye weeks. Benson has a bye week next week but I'm not sure if I can get him.
You sound like a guy who drafted Fitz/AJ back to back. How is that strategy working for you now? What are you ranked?
I did that last year with my 2nd and 3rd round pick. Worked out real well for me as I won the Superbowl. lol
Ya I am not 100% sold on that strategy. Ideally in a 3wr league I would try and get a 1st tier WR (ppr), add another high caliber receiver, then handcuff the 2nd option WR to my 1st pick (ex: Jennings/Driver). I was big on WRs this year and paid off. Maybe I just got lucky though. My new WR rule: don't draft a Steelers wideout.
Yeah, he was screaming about how he got 2 wide receivers that put up running back numbers yada yada yada. Oh well, maybe he'll turn it around.

toss up on the defense...one of them obviously and McFadden of the choices I guess. tough to cut him though. Fred Jackson is done imo, and I'd cut him before McFadden
