Ben Tate vs TB or Jacoby Ford vs SD This is for my flex spot. I have a strong Texans bias so I figure I'd leave it up to you guys haha
Completely unpredictable nature of the gameplan the Raiders seem to be running. Housh will be out there as Carson's security blanket, but after Boss and DHB barely played last week I have no idea what is going on.
It kinda depends on your team. Breaston looks like a sexy pick to me. I actually think you should be asking Helu or Shonn Greene. I'm not sure why shonn greene is a lot for you at this point. If I were you I would play: Tolbert Helu Breaston I'd leave shonn's sorry tail on the bench.
He's really not, honestly I don't consider him or Tolbert a "lock". I was actually contemplating a few pages back and expressed that I was thinking about benching Greene for Helu. I've watched a few of the Jets game and it seems like every time the Jets get in the red zone they start throwing more than running, and Greene's been running fairly well the last few weeks. Sanchez gets picked, Plax and Holmes get a few touchdown catches, and LT got a TD run the past game. Not sure why he's been shying away from Greene, maybe to keep it less unpredictable. I think Breaston will possibly have a field day with Denver and so will Bowe, that may be a pretty high scoring game but tonight's game is really shooting me in the balls with my decisions. Thanks for the advice guys.
Was offered Matt Ryan for Brandon Marshall My current QB: Fitzpatrick Current WRs besides Marshall: Vincent J/Julio jones/ Antonio Brown It is a 2 WR league with one flex Ryan is an upgrade but feel Marshall is going to do better in 2nd half with Moore
Start 3 out of 5 PPR League Week 10: -Willis McGahee (@KC) -Dwayne Bowe (DEN) -Ryan Mathews (OAK) -Brandon Marshall (WAS) -Reggie Bush (WAS)
Pretty even to me. It's whether you trust in Fitzpatrick to provide decent #'s the rest of the way, what's his schedule looking like?
I wouldn't. Matt Ryan is unreliable (not that Marshall is reliable). Matt Ryan's TDs: 0 4 1 1 1 1 1 3 Matt Ryan is not an upgrade over Ryan Fitzpatrick. If anything it is going to leave you guessing week to week. This is a classic case of a guy trying to sell high on a guy that just had a big week, and has a name ESPN loves to mention.
Nooooo nevermind, I thought you were getting offered Marshall. Keep Marshall, don't give away a skill player for a QB you already have that can produce similar to Ryan.
Alright, I apparently need to make a decision: Pick one: Tolbert J. Stewart R. Bush Fred Davis Greg Olsen
I don't have confidence in Davis right now. Olsen is a hit or miss play, but in the right game he can get a ton of points. We just don't know which game that is. So that leaves Stewart, Bush and Tolbert. Bush has the hot hand. He is also back with Kim K, and I suppose those giant hips are making his legs weak! Stewart has a great matchup this week, but it is scary because he hasn't produced a big game yet. Thing is, he is slowing getting thw goal line carries which has been what has been holding him back, he might be in for a big week. Tolbert and Mathews. Tolbert has upside as he is apt to get 2 tds on any game. But Tolbert is probably the least talented back of the 3. And he has the most competition in Mathews. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these picks. If i had to chose 1, I'd go with Bush. But I like the other two also.
There should be a rule that you can only ask a question if you supply a recommendation to someone else, or potential good FA pickup/starts. Too many people ask for help but don't return the favor. Just a thought for next season.
