Really, both Cruz and Lloyd over Miles Austin? Wasn't expecting that. I figured that I may as well keep both because its a two QB league; they're like a guaranteed 45+ pts per week. I'm not how I'd come out ahead trading one of them for another spot.
Can't be worse than me, who is a Starks owner and will be playing him. I could never afford to drop the guy.
Should I trade Colston or Austin to get Mendenhall? Need RB help badly and have sufficient WR depth (Julio Jones, Heyward-Bay, S. Holmes, Victor Cruz). I would basically go from a 3 WR lineup currently to a 3 RB lineup (other RBs are McCoy and Greene). Thanks.
I traded Austin for Mendenhall two weeks ago and it's been eh. Austins been ****ty two weeks in a row, but Mendenhall hasn't been much better either. Romo's just been horrible, but Brees stays throwing it to Colston, so I'd actually rather have Colston right now.
Okay now that Ahmad Bradshaw is most likely out of the game. I need help finishing my roster for this week. Here are my current three flex spots. Michael Bush Larry Fitz Antonio Brown Should I keep these three as my flex or sub in Brandon Jacobs for any of them?
For my flex position should I start Jackie Battle@MIA or Mario Manningham@NE? Also should I bench DeMarco Murray for Cedric Benson?
Pick 2: mcgahee doug baldwin early doucet james jones mcgahee is injured, so I dont know how is he going to play, james jones could have a great game, or have a bad game.
Not just injured but hand injury. There's pins set, and I'm sure it's been seen with players hundreds of times before, but you gotta think they're rushing him out there too fast, or he wants to get out there while he still can. I agree that James Jones is a boom or bust player. On top of that his ceiling isn't really high of scoring more than 1 td. But in spite of all that, he only needs one play to be fantasy relevant, and it's the kind of play he's got a knack for. Kolb is probably not playing, and Skelton is a decent prospect. But the Rams will eat him for lunch. Can't say I've seen enough of Baldwin to judge, only the MNF. But his TD was a great catch, though maybe 10% fluke-ish. Baldwin didn't really get separation, but the CB, who I think was also a rookie, lost his footing at the very last second.
I was originally going to say Miles Austin, because you never sit a stud, but in reality, Austin is pretty inconsistent. If you are going to roll with him, I would take Cruz over Lloyd for this week.
Austin's a dud because Romo's not airing it out. Romo's not airing it out bc of the rib injury, which he's still taking painkilling shots for.
DEF question Jets @ Buf Saints v TB Oakland v Denver Jets have the best D, but are playing one of the better offenses. Oakland's D is weak, but so is Denver. I'll probably go with Jets and hope the scoring doesn't get out of hand.
Should I bench Jackie Battle for Mario Manningham in my flex position? Also should I pick up Cedric Benson, drop Preston Parker in the process and start him over DeMarco Murray? Please someone help me!
