Combination of bad OL play, the hamstring, usual slow Steeler start, and Tomlin probably eased off him to make sure he's got enough tank left for December. At least that's how I've rationalized it, but the Cardinals were supposed to be a sweet matchup.
Kubiak reported that AJ will come down tote wire and be a GTD this Sunday. Hopefully he looks better in practice tomorrow, looks like he's been jogging through most of the routes he's taken. Hopefully tomorrow he looks a little better and looser.
Yo some Emmanuel Sanders dude is starting now over Antonio Brown for the Steelers WTF -_- http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/5885/emmanuel-sanders
It doesn't matter. Brown and Sanders are going to catch passes. Brown doesn't need to start to be effective.
Pick one at WR: Jabar Gaffney, Nate Washington, or Reggie Wayne? Pick one at TE: Gronk or Fred Davis?
Id go with Nate Washington. HE has the most catches for Tennesse and hes playing IND which is the worst WR defensive team. Im starting Nate over Wayne in one of my leagues
will go with Nate for WR and in the TE position you could go with either one, but maybe Davis is a safer bet, since Moss and Cooley are out, so he would get more targets.
Who is more valuable receiver from the Giants moving forward between M. Manningham OR V. Cruz? Cruz just got dropped on waiver wire, so I may need to make a waiver wire claim for him->drop whom from my bench? Jay Cutler (I start Vick), Deangelo Williams (should have dropped him weeks ago), Mario Manningham, OR Plaxico Burress?
There is no right decision. No way in the world would you or should you drop manningham. Cutler is also probably necessary. Williams has value as a flex player who is equal if not a better player week to week than Cruz would be. Ditto for plax. If this is all you have to drop in waiver wire, I just don't see any benefit for picking up cruz. Depending on the depth of your league's waiver wire as it concerns backup qbs, you might get away with dropping cutler, but if the position is thin on the wire, don't make a move. Keep what you have.
I like Manningham over Cruz, Cruz's TDs all looked a little flukey to me. But so did Mario's at first. Eli's typical Eli, in that he unpredictably flip flops which he favors as his #2 target. Shut it down on Deangelo, he's had his one good week to shine (or burn out) and it really should be time for Stewart. He's already taking some of the goal line snaps to take pressure off Cam.
thanks for the NYG receiver scoop (vinsensual and what). I just can't quit /give up on Deangelo for some stupid reason, maybe because we overdrafted for him by few rounds clearly after I needed him last week with Vick on bye +Jay-bird only scoring 10 pts, I'm ready to let Cutler take a hike---but I know that Vick is too fragile.
I need to pick up someone for my flex spot, too many byes this week. Henderson at StL Greg Little/Josh Cribbs at SF (Massaquoi is out) Heath Miller vs NE (Hines may be out) Nate Burleson at Den Ochocinco Delone Carter I'm leaning towards either Miller or Little or Cribbs. If Ward is out, Miller will be the go-to for TD passes. With Mass out, Little and Cribbs should see an additional 5 targets.
which one should I pick for WR3: Early Doucet vs BAL Kevin Walter vs JAX Doug Baldwin vs CIN Laurent Robinson vs PHI
