Revis or no revis honestly. He's got good technique and is probably the best CB out there, but he can be caught on. Dez Bryant abused him in week 1, and he hasn't been tested by any other giant WR since. What would stop me from starting him is M.Moore and Marshall's itch to fight. There's nothing about any rapport between Marshall and Moore, and without that trust Moore isn't going to test his arm against an elite CB. I also don't think Marshall's scared of anything, he's unhappy his team's 0-4, lost his qb, and he's certifiably unstable. It's there one nationally televised game of the year and I think he'll try to make it a memorable one.
Oakland D (vs Cle) or Washington D (vs Phi) Washington D has been better this year in stats, 73 fantasy points vs Oakland's 13. But, Philly can put up some points and has a much better offense than Cleveland. I'm leaning towards Oakland right now, unless anyone can change my mind?
I got 3 eligible RB and can only start 2. Frank Gore vs. Detroit (Nasty D against the run <100yds/game, but Gore has been a BEAST since his return) Michael Turner vs. Carolina (He's been so-so but Carolina D sucks against the run >130 yds/game) LeSean McCoy vs. Washington (Nasty D <90 yds/game, but he's a straight up baller). It's a PPR league, and I am 90% set on LeSean. The other spot is a little iffy with me.
i am a 27 point dog, so i'm tempted to go lumpkin just for the hell of it. or choice to make it 10 total players going between us in that game.
guess i can ask, real quick. schaub or dalton this week? i was planning sticking with schaub, but with AJ still out, maybe dalton vs colts is the better play?
Meaning it's a toss up. Either could net you a big fat goose egg or a solid 10 points. If I had to choose I'd probably go Brown since he's not the rookie and only plays behind the rookie and should get more carries than Helu.
I can't even believe I'm saying this, but I'm pretty set on playing Brandon Gibson AND Lance Kendrick. Am I crazy? The other choices are: I could play Fred Davis over Kendricks, but then I am deathly afraid of Philly's corners. Of my flex plays: Denarius Moore, against a good cleveland d. Plus, Murphy is back, Hey-bay. Roy Helu, Jr. (we all know the situation) Jonathan Stewart (I actually like him, but I'd have to bench Brandon Gibson for him, Gibson has been better than you think) Brian Hartline (I kinda like Hartline in this spot(gut feeling), but the jets d is serious against the pass) David Nelson (I just benched this guy. I read one stat that says Fitz is like 0-9 in 20 yard connections in the last 2 games. I just don't trust him.) Jeremy Kerley (I really want to start this guy, but he is seriously unproven.) Please Respond.
I'd probably play David Nelson because he's probably the most capable of scoring a TD. I'm going with a shocker myself today, Greg Little over Mike Williams TB.
I'm benching Josh Freeman for the same reason and starting Alex Smith. I like your play. Little is supposed to be getting seriously involved this week. They say Little has open field moves LIKE Mike Williams, ironically. BTW, I just heard Mike Sims-walker is OUT. This can only help Brandon and Kendrick and Danario. If you got Denario it might be time to set him loose.
I lost my nerve and put Fred Davis in over Lance Kendrick. grrrrrrrr I don't know. I am still playing Brandon Gibson.
