Green-Ellis over Michael Bush and Choice. McFadden is coming off a huge year, and the clear starter in Oakland. Choice will be splitting carries with Murray even if Felix Jones gets hurt, so he can't be the best available. What are your WR options for the Flex spot?

I would rather have Jackson, since he is the more proven of the 2.

    I'd go M. Williams.

    I would too.

DJax is one of my favorite players and he's definitely the sexier pick but Williams is the #1 receiver without question in TB. He had a great Rookie campaign and I fully expect him to build upon that.

In addition I think Williams is the less riskier player in terms of injuries. Jackson and Vick aren't exactly the most durable players.

The most important thing is consistency though. I've owned DeSean the last couple of years. One week he can give you 30 points and then the next week 5.

Mike Williams would be far from the first rookie to post a solid rookie campaign and then fall off. It is important to note that Williams didn't even break 1,000 yards last year, he was very dependent on TD catches.

Nearly every WR is inconsistent, including Mike Williams.

So, Mike Thomas owners... who are you picking up to replace him?

    On my list:

    Steve Smith (Carolina)
    Mike Sims Walker
    Plaxico

I have reason to believe Mike Williams is going to improve from last year as opposed to decline. He's coming into his 2nd year with Freeman, he's still the man in TB. They didn't add any other receiving threats and he doesn't have any injury concerns. Besides it's not like he missed 1000 yards by much.

I think Williams will go along the Hakeem Nicks mold and he will break 1000 yards easily and improve from his rookie campaign. Some guys just have a nose for the end-zone. Especially when you're an athletic 6'2 player and a favorite target of the QB.

Like I said you can't really go wrong with either player and I'm not advocating one way or another as I'd be happy with either player.

    Sims Walker
    Plaxico
    Smith

In that order. You'd be hoping to get lucky with Plax and Walker. Smith is only getting older, has had some injuries, though minor, and he has garbage throwing to him. Smith's only positive is he will get targeted a lot, and could still play if Carolina would pick up Garrard to tutor Newton (A really good idea that probably won't happen).

I immediately got on clutchfans to seek guidance from their infinite wisdom on fantasy football.Need help

So i just made this trade:

I gave Kyle Orton(15th round pick) and get Fred Jackson (6th round pick).

Now i don't have any backup qbs. (starter is Michael Vick)

    These are my options:

    Chad Henne
    Vince Young
    Jason Campbell
    Matt Hasselback
    Alex Smith
    Tarvaris Jackson
    Rex Grossman
    Kerry Collins

Also, who would be a better wk 1 starter

    Marshawn Lynch vs 49ers
    or
    Fred Jackson vs. Chiefs

    Help Greatly Appreciated,

    Thanks

    rep for all

    ^^^

Since a backup QB of that caliber will be available later in the season, I would hold off on picking one up, and instead pick up an extra flex player for your bench and pick someone up for Philly's bye or when Vick gets injured when needed. You never know, somebody might drop a better QB than is currently available, and you can scoop him up.

Very close call, as neither is a great play, but I would take Jackson. With Tavaris Jackson playing, you know they will stack the box against Lynch.

Trade Benson. He will have a down year with rookie QB and a ton of 8-10 man boxes daring the Bengals to throw.

Hightower will be this years breakout stud. Shanahan will feed him the ball like crazy and hope he and Sexy Rexy don't give up the goods more than 4 times a game combined.

One Defense to avoid would look like the Giants. They are dropping like flies there.

I really like how Hightower's been running, but like you said this is Shanahan. He's as unpredictable as he is crazy looking. He switches up week by week, even quarter by quarter. Torrain only had 57% of the total carries last year.

I would grab Jason Campbell personally rather than wait on an injury and then scramble and worry about waivers (considering you have a potentialy injury waiting to happen potentially with running Vick)

and start Fred Jackson.. just not a fan of Seahawks until they prove they can have any semblance of an offense.
