I'm in a 10 team non-ppr league with 2rb, 2wr and flex position. I've got: QB: Aaron Rogers, Joe Flacco RB: Westbrook, Cedric Benson, Thomas Jones WR: Jennings, Reggie Wayne, Steve Smith(nyg), Devin Hester, Johnny Knox TE: Shockley, Heap Def: Philly

What do you think about trading steve smith for deangelo williams, I'm deep at WR and need a premiere RB. And I'm thinking steve smiths production might take a dip with eli having plantar fasciitis.

Flacco has been putting up fantasy numbers all year. Brady will break out, but I'm not sure it will be against Denver

Have both QB's will stick with Flacco at this point, just traded Brady and Roy Williams (DAL) for Kurt Warner, LT and Hester. Originally wanted Moss and LT for Fitz and Roy Williams.

I just dropped Ware for Mendenhall, but I'm not sure what backfield to start. I have to start 2 RB's (TD, Yards):

    -Willis McGahee vs. Cincinnati
    -Rashard Mendenhall @ Detroit
    -Deangelo Williams vs. Washington

I'm leaning towards McGahee and Mendenhall. Mendenhall should have two good games (vs detroit this week, and vs Cleveland next week)

I have Fitz and I was thinking about offering him for Reggie Wayne straight up. I know it's not really thinking outside the box.

Should I stick it out with Fitzgerald or try to trade him for another WR? Would the other guy even want to trade Wayne? He is last place in the league.

    Any help is appreciated. Thx!

I think Wayne is the better bet. You can also pickup Gonzales later and start the Colts 1 & 2 receivers if you have 3WR spots or 2 flex spots. Warner is looking kind of old. Some people valued Wayne ahead of Fitz from the get-go.

can't see anyone making that move unless he's a huge Fitz fan

I would try and make the argument that Arizona's bye week has passed, and in last place, he can't afford a week without big production from a #1 WR. Maybe he'll take it..

I'd go Mendenhall and Williams. If you notice, Ray Rice is getting more and more touches and Cincy's D has been pretty solid against the run for the most part. Washington is awful all around so D. Williams could have a breakout game.

Ray Rice does get more touches, but McGahee has been pretty consistent getting in the end zone. I thought Washington's D is ranked pretty high in run defense.

Who has a better run defense this year: Cincy or Washington?

Steve Smith. Steelers run D will shut down, and the Lions will be fighting from behind even moreso than usual

Giants D. Tough call, but go against the Raiders any chance you get imo.. Jamarcus should giftwrap at least 2 turnovers

As far as eagles D goes...they are coming off a bye week and face a rookie qb!

    Willis McGahee
    Matchup: vs. Cin

As we discussed two weeks ago, the McGahee makeover has been remarkable. Transforming into the Optimus Prime of goal-line poachers, the reinvigorated back has crossed the chalk a league-high seven times in four games, which has propelled his per game average into the RB top-five. Based on the Ravens' stellar trench play, it may seem like the veteran will splash pay-dirt every week, but against Cincy, the streak will cease. Tank Johnson(notes), who is usually heavily-armed before, during and after games, and his cohorts have played laudably upfront. Through four weeks, they've allowed just 3.9 yards per carry, one rushing TD and 115 total yards per game to rushers equal to the ninth-fewest fantasy points surrendered. Joe Flacco should have marked success vertically, which could set up McGahee for a few red-zone carries, but we're gambling on a scoreless afternoon.

Fearless Forecast: 13 carries, 52 rushing yards, 1 reception, 11 receiving yards, 0 touchdowns, 6 fantasy points

If my opponent is starting McGahee is there any competitive reason for me to start Rice?

Ok, I have Ronnie Brown, Steve Slaton, and Marshawn Lynch and my QB's were Matt Ryan, and Brett Favre. I have Anquan Boldin and Mario Manningham at Wide out and Tony Gonzalez at Tight End.

I was gonna add the 49ers defense to my team, but idk who to drop. Is Jonothan Stewart worth giving up on at this point? or how bout Johnny Knox or Mario Manningham?
