Alright Pun, based on your advice alone I just put Choice in my lineup with only seconds remaining to make the change before kickoff. If I lose I'm holding you fully responsible.
I decided to bench Brady today, but Flacco got almost the same amount of points so it worked out. I am up by 3 against the only undefeated team left in my league and I still have Adrian Peterson and the Vikings Defense playing for me tomorrow.
Well, in most leagues, Choice had 7 points, Owens had 6 points and right now LT has 1 point. I think you made the best choice out of the three available even though LT is still working. None of them did anything special though.
This is kind of a silly post, but I thought I'd see if you guys think there are particular areas where I could improve my team. My team has scored the most points in the league by a decent margin yet my team is 1-2 so far. I'm up by six points and still have an outside shot at losing this week to drop to 1-3 while having the most points in the league for the season (I'm up by six points with Jennings left and my opponent has Schiancoe where 20 yds rec=1 pt and TD=6 pt.). QB: Brees RB: Pierre Thomas/Ray Rice/Benson/McFadden/D. Ward WR: Moss/Jennings/D. Jackson/R. Williams/Manningham TE: Owen Daniels/Todd Heap K: Kaeding D: I just rotate teams every week depending on who is playing St. Louis or Oakland (San Francisco this week, cha-CHING!!!). In our league we start QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/TE/K/D and then one slot where we play either a RB or WR. The only area of my team where there's any type of potential problem is at RB because Ray Rice is not getting the goal line/red zone touches like McGahee. Pierre Thomas has had two great games so far but who knows if he will continue producing. Do you guys see any area where I could/should trade a couple of players in order to get an elite fantasy player to fill in at RB?
That's a tough one. I'd go with Favre for these reasons: -Peterson will get the Vikings' ground game going, which makes it easier for Favre to pass. Grant...not so much -Aaron Rodgers could be sacked a bunch this game. Although, Favre might get picked up off more than usual.
I went with Rodgers... and he already has a fumble, while Favre has a TD. But, looking beyond that, I think Rodgers will have far more passing opportunities than Favre, should be playing from behind more than Favre, and while Minnesota has a great pass-rush and run-stopping defense, their secondary can be beat. All I need is 8.5 points... I'll take it any way I can get it.
I just don't trust the Green Bay offensive line at all. They are terrible. Jared Allen is in for a big game. I've got Allen and Rodgers on my team. I benched Rodgers for Flacco, and I started Allen
I started a bunch of scrubs and bye-week fill-ins this week and I'm going to win comfortably. Wow. Thank you Mike Sims-Walker.
I sure was. I was working a trade for Schaub before the games started yesterday but the deal fell through at the last minute because the other guy wanted to keep what he had. Worked out well for me and now I have McNabb coming back so Garrard could be trade bait.
I talked **** all week and my team backed it up. Thank you San Fransiscoooooo. You really are Fabulous! okay, now would you guys trade Brett Favre for Tony Romo? Could be a perfect sell high on Favre and buy low on Romo situation. Thoughts?
Minny's D is saving my ass this week with nearly 20 points with a quarter still to go. With AD not doing much I thought I would lose for sure
