No that's a BS way of looking at it. This is similar to how a president gets criticized when the blame is mostly on the previous administration. The big issue is that a lingering **** from the previous administration still struts around and performs miracles on the sidelines. I don't know how it will turn out, but I have exponentially more confidence in Caserio with handling the big picture than any of the last few clowns in that role.
