Let's not chase the rabbit down the transitive property hole. http://www.thepostgame.com/blog/dish/201211/nfls-parity-displayed-one-cool-chart
Prediction...Schaub will only throw to andre and Daniels..pick 6!..andre will get hurt on a shoe string tackle....then Shaub will finally start looking at other receivers...but the game will be over by then.... Will lose by 7..I'll qb will give them the game
Not only that, but if you bet under, Schaub would have to throw 4 ints for you to lose that bet. Schaub has his limitations, along with 27 other starting QBs in the NFL...but the Schaub hate is utterly stupid.
For Gods sake some of you ppl can't take a joke. I actually like Schaub, I think the issue is the line (specifically Derek Newton). That being said, he hasn't faced a defense like this in a while and he has played crap early in games which causes him to have to throw the ball around more in second half, he doesn't have the arm and protection to control the Seahawks defense that's all I was saying, don't have your period geez
What about the fact the texans did them last season.... But they won the super bowl? Just one game. Any given Sunday.
Kubiak [rQUOTEr]On the Seattle defense: “The speed is No. 1. They’re very active and fly to the ball with their overall effort. They have two great corners [Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner] and they rally to the ball. It’s a big challenge for us.” On Texans quarterback Matt Schaub: “First off, I think he’s a winner. That’s all he’s done since he came here. I believe in him and our team believes in him.” On Texans GM Rick Smith saying before the season started that Schaub needs to step up and play better in big games: “Everybody needs to step up, not just one guy. I think he did it the first two weeks. He’s a very smart guy and gets the ball to the right guy. He’s a very good operator. He’s a pocket thrower and a pretty darn good one, so it starts with us protecting him a little better.” On Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson: “They are doing a tremendous job, scheme wise, on bootlegs and things like that to use his athletic ability. I remember visiting with him in Indianapolis [at the NFL combine two years ago] and seeing his will to succeed. He's very impressive.” On where the 2-1 Texans are as a team right now: "This team is trying to find its identity. Time will tell what we end of being.”[/rQUOTEr]

I see this stat all the time and it's so misleading. Not surprised that Pancakes mentions it... It implies that if you just run the ball more, you win more - which is silly. You get a lead, you run the ball more to use up more time. You win more games when you have a lead. Obviously. I'd like to see what our record is when we run the ball at least 16 times in the 1st half. That would be much more telling.
