Next up, Brooklyn Nets' Big 3 of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and Ben Simmons huddled for a phone conversation to confirm their commitment to each other through the uncertainty...

A little bit too early for players only meeting. @Os Trigonum

Wake me when they have a slumber party together to reaffirm their unity. That's when it's real.

Why do they still call Westbrook part of a Big 3?

    Did he change leagues?

    How the Lakers negotiate:

Lakers: Give us your good player that we need
Other team: But you barely have any assets we want...
Lakers: We have a couple of things that could maybe one day be valuable
Other team: Okay, maybe we can structure a deal around those two things...
    Lakers: We'd rather keep those
    Other team: ...
    Lakers: ...
    Other team: ...
Lakers: So where we at on this deal?

I keep hearing about Myles Turner as If he is this young Dikembe/Alonzo super stud all-star. In reality he is closer to Samuel Dalembert.

No, I do not want to start Samuel Dalembert over Alperen Sengun.

Nice veteran C for a team trying to win a ring next year, nothing more. Send him to the Cavs so he and Mobley can play with legos.

I'm not sure where any of your comps are coming from...no one thinks of him as a Mutombo/Mourning, he's nothing like them nor is he talked about as a superstar. He's also nothing like Dalembert. If anything, he's like a young Brook Lopez--a big who can both protect the rim as well as stretch the floor offensively.

He's not a star, but he can fill a valuable role on just about any team.

I don’t see Brook Lopez, so I’m not sure where you are getting your comps either. The toilet store?

In your dreams Myles Turner is a prime Brook Lopez. He ain’t even an old Brook Lopez… Jesus. Is this Myles Turner’s account?

You seem like an angry guy. Hope you can make that work for you.

But let's assume you're a normal human capable of civil discourse: I never said he's identically as good as Lopez--I said he's a player "like" Lopez in terms of his skillset and how he can help a team. Dalambert never shot three-pointers--Turner has shot 4+ threes a game the last few years. You know, around how many Lopez has shot the last 5 years, aside from a spike in 2018-19.

Nice stat plucking! I’m sure one stat like three point shooting totally encompasses a player comparison, especially from different eras of basketball.

18-footer Dalembert would assuredly be launching threes in 2022.

    Also, lighten up, Francis.

Well, if you don't think that Turner's skillset is similar to that of Lopez, we'll have to agree to disagree.
