Westbrooks TS% over the last 5 seasons is 51.6%

Jalen Green, who was absolutely atrocious his first month, still has a 53% TS

Is astounding how grossly inefficient he has consistently been. I get why we traded for him, his buddy and a f**ktard owner. I can't believe Lakers ownership and LeGM both signed off on this. I'm certainly glad they did though, my two most hated players on the franchise I hate the most. In a season without much to cheer for, it's gives me something to root against.

I still find it funny when I see people talking about his "decline" as if he wasn't absolutely killing his teams his entire career by being a complete moron.

I just wish we weren't the morons that gave up 4 1st round picks for him.

To Harden's defense his memories go back to the 23 year old Westbrook who did not care about taking the last shot but attack the basket all the time and who had a pop game, the midrange was serviceable.

Harden and WB even at 30 worked well enough before Covid struck.

Harden is a private guy, there is only a handful of star players that he really trusts.

I think Harden wanted Westbrook more out of the friendship than out of Westbrook's game. That's what blinds players when they want to play with certain star player.

Westbrook did well with Harden for a while when he stopped shooting 3 all together and concentrated on attacking. If you watch Westbrook's performance this season, he can't even attack. We were talking about how his game would drop off a cliff when he started losing his athleticism. We are seeing it now.

Unless we are getting Westbrook back, which isn't happening, who could the Lakers offer us for John Wall?

To this fan, Westbrick is one of the most hardheaded players ever. Funny given his nickname. But maybe he isn't. That is, NBA players up to this point thought he was a GREAT player, so who was actually telling him otherwise? NBA players were telling him (themselves?) that he would flourish with the right guys around him. Who could be more right than LeBum to have around him?

I think NBA players themselves are beginning to see the light. Too bad the Rockets owner didnt. Now its too bad LeBlunder and the Fakers didnt.

He is the worlds exact definition of fools gold. Its crazy to think how long everyone WAS fooled. Now that the rest of the world is waking to reality, will Russ?
