Hopefully Singleton does okay defensively today and gets a HR.

    King has pitched much better.

King's ERA and WHIP are 50% lower than Caleb's.

    Caleb hasn't sucked though, true.

LOL.... I was thinking Caleb was sent down.

    Caleb hasn't sucked though, true.

His WHIP sucks, but the ERA is good. He's improved after his first couple of appearances. Perhaps he just getting accustomed to new scenery. Fans should be very confident Miller will maximize him.

I like that Yordan gets more AB’s and doesn’t get pitched around more to set up possible DP’s.

What's the record with Yordan batting 2nd?

    My mind can be changed.

Some of that was when Tucker was batting behind him… but they were losing games for other reasons.

His numbers are virtually identical in the 2 and the 3 spots.

The only numbers that matter are W/L's.

How many runs were being scored when Yordan was Batting 2nd with Tucker batting 3rd?

Would you really attribute losses to those players, both of whose OPS’ were above .900? C’mon, you’re better than this.

Heyward is a plant for the Dodgers. He’s gonna suck on purpose.

We got two recently acquired guys from the waiver wire starting in the outfield during a pennant race. I've seen it all. That said, I hope they slay.

Would be funny if they win the World Series with Heyward, Gamel, Ort, Neris all contributing.

Heyward is a BIG guy. Not having the greatest year. Hitting just over .200, but his career average is .257.
