    Maybe not the right thread, but if we trade for a right-handed 1B/corner OF bat (like Mancini as I am hoping for), there would not be any room for Diaz. Dubon can play 4-9, has better speed, and better contact, there really isn't anything Diaz can do that Dubon can't. Imagine the luxury of having one of Brantley/Gurriel/Mancini off the bench, in addition to deepening the lineup. If Gurriel stays where he is as a 230-ish hitter with next to no pop, that is a low hanging fruit in terms of upgrading. I agree, pressure on Diaz to actually do something.
