Probably not. But I think there was a verbal agreement that he would be working with Dwight a lot more to expand his offensive game.

Dwight Howard's four-year, $88 million maximum contract agreement with the Houston Rockets will include an early termination option after the 2015-16 season and a 15 percent trade kicker, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

The early termination clause – or opt-out – could make Howard a free agent again in '16, allowing him to re-sign a five-year, maximum contract deal with the Rockets or change teams again. In the event Howard is traded during the duration of this contract, he will be paid 15 percent of the remaining money left on his deal through the kicker.

A little late to the action, but obviously I am overjoyed.

This is most certainly a defining moment for the franchise and the ultimate validation for DM - a guy that at this point has to be considered one of the best GM's in basketball.

Excited for the future and to see how we fill out the roster. LOOK OUT!:grin::grin:

ETO was expected. Trade kicker means we're stuck with him. Better make it work!

So wonderful to watch this again now. Dwight's respect for Hakeem seems very genuine, as does his being a complete goofball.

Seriously. Everyone has been fantastic, from Morey to even Parsons (no one can say no to him :p) to Yao and Lin's Asian market appeal to obviously Harden's straight up appeal to so much coming together :p Ridiculously excited.

ps - I think JR is a machine. No one else can gather so much useful information in such short periods of time.

Waking up this morning, I still can't believe Dwight chose Houston. Feels like a dream.

Last season the Rockets were a bunch of rejects from other teams, and now they're the most interesting group in the league.
