Rox front office has to be at the bottom 5 of the league.
Isiah Thomas is a better GM than this front office.

Common sense says there has to be a few trades are on the way. we have 7 guards, AND ONLY 2 POWER FORWARDS.. i think a few trades and a maybe a free agent signing is still gonna happen.

Don't know this guy, but hey he beat UCLA!
At least Rockets get a college player, his IQ > Yao > T-mac. Rockets has bunch of high school player which means they are not very smart.

    Good pick.

Funny, I thought I heard Jay Bilias say that he liked Brooks and had no problem with him being drafted there. In anycase like I said in my earlier post, alot of the most successful front offices in prosports have drastically different draftboards then their counterparts.

BTW the draft is the beginning of the offseason, not the end.

Yeah except for the 3 points I mentioned.

    Defense, Perimeter Shooting, Tempo Manipulator

Only thing Lucas III has near Brooks is quickness.

Are you just coming back from the MARS? Tell me how successful the Rox front office has been drafting players, and tell me why you think they will be different this time?

    So?

I guess The Rudy Gay and Swift trade for Battier made you quite happy?

Bilas said that it was a good pick for the rockets.

    Some highlights - LINK

It seems like a lot of people are hating and haven't seen him play. This pick is for the future and I'm fine with it.

both teams viewed him as a backup. neither team has the hole at the 4 like the rox.

Though I'm not happy with The Pick, Brooks seems like a Mini Mike James to me. He hits the three consistently (he also won the NCAA Three-Point Shootout) and he hits the pull-up mid-range jumper, and he can penetrate and finish in the lane.

I guess VSpan is not coming back. RIP for VSpan debate.

btw, VSpan sucked last season BUT someone played him mostly as 2 guard. How strange!? He cant shoot, give him the damn ball and ask him to close his eyes and drive.

Unless we make a really good trade this was another terrible draft. Aaron brooks in not only undersized but he can't shoot.
