To get that bum off the team.....its worth it. Lets be real, no big name player is gonna sign here anyway regardless of cap space.

I think there's a new rule that says he can't resign with them for another year. Not entirely sure.

I think he'd be a good pickup for OKC. Vet leadership and a backup PG.

Man, I'm so happy he is not with the team. Ya'll can talk about whoever you want but there is no one else I would want less in this team not called T-Mac/Malone/Pippen.

He is both a faker and a j*zz and he clocked Scola in the sneakiest way possible.

I hope we threatened to put him into retirement (i.e. hold onto him for two years while he sits on the bench and watches grass grow) if he didn't cut a good deal with us. Every dollar we give him is a despicable dollar spent.

So basically we traded Jordan Hill and 3+ million dollars for a first round pick?

With the Derek Fisher buyout, aren't there two available roster spots? Who would be the favorites to fill those spots? Conroy seems like an obvious choice so it's surprising there has been no word on him yet. Maybe they were just waiting until everything is official before making any announcements.

The only time I want to see Fisher now is playing for any other team hopelessly trying to guard any PG we have, because he's incapable with his old slow ass.

I'm glad he didn't get a chance to hurt our team by actually being on the floor for us.

We weren't going to bring Jordan back next year.

So we really bought a pick for 3 million.

    Win.

I had high hopes until I saw 2 turnovers in 2 possessions. McHale also had enough and was forced to yank him, resulting in 44 minutes of playtime for Dragic.

The guy didn't even have one practice with the Rockets. He'll be serviceable. Had some decent games with the Clips earlier this year.

Off court Fisher is different from player Fisher. Player Fisher is on my all time most annoying player list and I am glad he will NEVER wear a Rockets uniform.

I'm very happy he never got to put on a Rockets uniform.

I find the intense manufactured hatred for Fisher pretty hilarious.

I've also been assuming that trading Hill when you get Camby means no sulking JHill on the bench for the rest of the year when he is thinking about auditioning for a FA contract.

Perhaps a bit extreme, but hardly manufactured I'd say.

It'd be hilarious if he joined the Celtics. One, he could chase a title there, and Two, he would stick it to the Lakers for trading him.
