I'm 99% confident that his arms are buffed in those pictures is that he just finished weight training. Good news is that if he keeps it up, he'll be like that all the time and likely have hulky power. If he is too bulky, he will lose speed, but at least he can post up on R.Westbrook, probaly #1 Western Conf. PG.

read the quote and then you'll understand what I'm saying but to save myself time I will tell you what I meant: T-mac was a great defender, really outstanding because of his length and athleticism. However, when he saw he was the man on offense, he stopped playing defense. Since Sampson says Lamb needs to value defense more, I am worried he will just focus on his offense.
