Did the Reds just score? MLB says the score is still 1-1, but ESPN has the score 2-1 Cinci.

reds didn't score, but the Astros did.

3-1 Astros, Clemens with 2 RBI

FYI, Cbs sportsline is usually pretty good as a game tracker.

    Okay, new lineup...

    Taveras
    Biggio
    Bagwell
    Lane
    Scott
    Ensberg
    Everett
    Ausmus

Everett cant lead off and Ensberg doesnt have a clue at cleanup.

It should have been that way to start the season.

Did Franco just strike out Griffey on 3 pitches?

Man, that was the exact situation we signed him for ...

Well, we didn't sign him to give up singles to Sean Casey.

That pitcher's ((Weber) "wind up" was crazy. Double pumps before he throws.

Yea that is one pretty crazy wind up

Dunn lead off the 9th with a double, got my hopes up, then Randa strikes out and I slowly lost hope....ehh oh well.

Unfortunately didn't get to see anything until the bottom of the 7th. FSN decided not to pick up the game until the end of the exciting Arena Football League matchup of Austin @ Georgia. I live in Austin and I couldn't give a SH*T about Arena FU**ING Football.

Anyway, great to see (hear actually) that Roger is still Roger. Luke Scott breaking out can only do good things for him. Now, if someone on the team could just clear the Crawford Boxes.

All you have to do is invert the line up. The lineup he put out there tonight was absurd. I don't get it.

I don't understand why Ensberg takes so many pitches down the middle when he has 2 strikes on him. He did it twice tonight and on Wednesday against the Cards.

Went to the game last night and Rocket looked great. Taveras is very fast. Someone else said he should be leading the league in steals... I agree. When he bunted, Taveras was 3/4 of the way down the line before anyone got to the ball. Too bad he got picked off. Also on the Clemens infield hit, Taveras was about to lap Luke. If that were biggio or anyone else on base, it probably would've been a 1 run game still. Taveras also made a good catch on the corner of the hill. He almost made a spectacular play on a liner to shallow center. Lights out was great as usual. Glad to see Luke have a breakout game. I think the 'Stros will be right in it until Berkman gets back.. and then who knows, we could run away with it. Wishful thinking

What are the Astros going to do when Berkman comes back? Are they going to bench Scott, or platoon Scott and Lane?

Bruntlett will likely be the odd man out when Berkman comes back, what Phil will do with the outfield though, I don't know.

Amen to that lineup. I know that there are other technicalities, nuances and unwritten rules about baseball management and Garner's style but if he does not change his lineup sooner I will be very dissapointed. It is so obvious that after 3 games that Morgan and Adam are not comfortable in their roles.

I agree with Garner for starting the season with that lineup but the time for a little tinkering is now.

Yes it is a rosary. I noticed that too.
