I am kind of confused on what I think. I just know it's a mess. We are doing good tonight though. Berkman is just sick.

Interesting Qualls instead of Wheeler. Qualls has been so good lately I don't see why not

    Berkman is a stud.

And Biggio is showing his outstanding range at 2nd.

Besides the Dunn single, Qualls is looking nasty. Lidge better watch out!

Nats score two in the 9th to stun the Giants 4-3. This would be a big win if the bullpen can hold... we'd pick up a game on the Reds, DBacks and Giants, the three teams with a healthy bit of distance from us.

Adam Dunn towers over Berkman! I heard the broadcaster say he is 6'6" but damn he seems a lot taller than that or Lance is much shorter than i thought.

If we win tommorow and sweep the Diamondbacks i think we can be pretty close top of wild card standings

Yeah I thought it was something like that...stupid stats on the Astros site are always screwed up. He's only allowed one freakin run in the entire month, tonight included. That's just sick.

-actually its gotta be .59 cause he's pitched about 14-15 innings. In any case he's been plain filthy. :)

Its one game at a time but I agree with you. The only thing that scares me about tomorrow is Taylor. He has not pitched well lately. He usely pitches good for about 3 or 4 innings then he loses it. Hopefully this will turn everyone around including Bucholtz. Plus the Diamonbacks have not been playing well at all so we have no excuse. We are throwing Backe, Oswalt, and The Rocket this weekend...No excuses...... :)

I posted yesterday that we could use Qualls as are closer and trade Lidge. Someone agreed with me and told me that Qualls had a low ERA since the All-Star break and then today I saw it on ESPN...Your right thats pretty SICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK :D

Yikes. Leadoff single. This is how Lidge usually melts down.
