He was looking at spiders in the seats and all of a sudden started yelling about "dreaming about sliders and spiders" in a girl like voice.

What a big inning that was ... I think the season was almost buried ... We HAVE to go on a run and fast!

Agree, I think that this is Lance's team, he's the soul of this team.

We need more runs, our bullpen can not hold a 2 run lead...especially if we have Lidge coming in to walk the sacks full.

was in the process of giving you an answer, but i dont want to derail the thread, especially while everybody's giddy about the rally.

and i wasn't really bashing palmeiro, but to hear people clamoring for him to be getting playing time thinking he would be a difference-maker....that's a little crazy, no?

Actually our bullpen has been quietly doing better. I saw on Sportscenter last night that Chad Qualls actually has the lowest ERA of all relievers in the past month or so... it's .69 since July 1.

Damn Berkman! Atoning for last night I see.

Guess Lance really got tired of being tied for the RBI lead.

Before Ausmus' AB in the bottom of the 5th, the Astros win probability was 13.3%. After Berkman's homer it was 80.6% After Berkman's homer in the 7th, it was 92.7%.

Does he get credit for a base hit even though he was tagged at 2nd? Just realize I don't know how that works!

Man, Preston is a funny guy to watch/listen to on the Sounds of the Game audio on FSSW. Very entertaining.
