Underrated tough series here, we struggle with the Rays and they have been playing much better post all-star break. Believe their pitching is #1 in the AL and offense top 5.
I'd love to see a multi-hit game from Yuli. He's been putting some good wood on balls....now it's time for it to come to fruition. That in combination with GOATtis (only when he's catching) should make our lineup pretty potent.

Gattis has been low key productive for a good stretch now. I know he had been hot for the last 10 games or so, but dating back to June 18, his OPS is .874. His catcher/DH splits are pretty staggering. It's a small sample in the grand scheme, but it's still hard to ignore. His catcher ERA is also good as well, and he's controlled the running game. He's not good at blocking balls, but he seems perfectly capable defensively overall.
I posted about it in the other thread, but i'm wondering if the writing is on the wall for Castro. The Astros probably have data on whether Gattis's hitting at C is worth more than Castro's framing skills.
Altuve! There is a tide in the affairs of Astros, Which taken at the flood and doth despair, leads on to fortune. Omitted, all the voyage of their strikeouts is bound in shallows and in miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat. And we must take the current when it serves, or lose our ventures.
Marisnick has been... not completely useless over the last 2 months. That's really all he needs to be, just provide some offense and he's a starter.
