This reminds me of the Oilers so much, must be why I am getting to be more of a fan, nothing draws you in like continual suffering. DD
first Jones go backwards on return. Then Texans dont run to get some breathing room for Matt. Then Matt folds under pressure. Pretty much sums it up for the season
Well, you can't really count those drives because they were up against a clock. NO way they were going to run on those drives. But this drive should have been a carbon copy of the one they used to start the half. Two straight runs. Quick higher percentage passes. One play-action deep pass, FG, ball-game.
Look, I am hard on Schaub and that last pick was horrible, but he brought the team back....this loss to me was on the play callling not on him. DD
Picky! Picky! Picky! A minor detail in the predictable collapse, the instant transition from Johnny Unitas to Bozo the Clown.
You had to see it coming. It's unpossible for the Texans to do anything well for more than 2 quarters in a row.
KyleBrandt34 If this game ends with a #Texans pick-6, I will shave my head. That's from Jim Rome's radio show.
That, and time. The Texans will end up breaking more cumulative hearts than the Oilers did... 50 years from now. But for now, they're trying to do it all in one season. I still can't imagine how the passion for this team will escalate if they ever come close to being like a luv ya blue or run and shoot team. This city wil self-implode.
I feel exactly the same way. Pain and suffering at some point becomes an addiction. Unfortunately Houston sports have become just that. I feel like headbutting Kubiak in the face for not running the ball with Foster.
