What a trash ass game lol... good thing this is the biggest crowd of the year...

One thing's for sure I don't want to see J.D. Davis in an Astros uniform again (unless he's taking Keuchel's position)

I'd rather watch suits season 21! Than this game. ahh, needless to say they're slumping right now. They'll break out of it.

So who do you want him to play

If we fired Hinch and you were the manager, what lineup changes would you have made for tonight?

The Astros look like the Rangers and the Rangers look like the Astros.

Wow the crowd is still in their seats. Is there a fireworks display afterward?

Verlander had a great chance at 25 Wins this season - first pitcher in almost 40 years.

    That ship sailed weeks ago

This game could have been a tie no thanks to Rondon

Oh I’m not saying he’s wrong. He’s earned the right to slow play his second straight season of unprecedented talent. It got us the World Series last year.

He just seems to prefer avoiding any obvious record-breaking regular season achievements, like how he just barely missed the franchise record for wins last year and now is doing the same thing.

Exactly. It’s tough to come up with a strong lineup when you’re missing two star players.

I know that as a fan, the franchise win record would’ve been really cool, but the manager really shouldn’t care about that on the last game of the season when a win isn’t as important as players staying healthy.

Agreed. This time of year, Hinch is going locker to locker asking guys if they have any booboos he can sit them for. As long as we have a margin for error in making the playoffs these games are meaningless.

At the time of my post he was responsible for 3 of their 4 runs.

All our recent call-ups have been trash except Bregman and Correa.

I would have already dangled Reed, Fisher and Davis on the trade lines from the beginning of the season, Beltre would be an Astro along with another veteran bat, so there would be no need to implode whenever altuve and Correa were missing. Tucker is great but he should have been brought up in a luxury situation, young enough to be patient in minors.

Bad losses happen , but most all astro bad losses this season have coincided with a putrid lineup. I mean you know going into it they have to grind out a 2 1 or 1 0 win. Marwin is another defensive specialist like Jake, shouldnt be expected to contribute offensively.
