Man this team is atrocious. Over hyped and overrated. Worst of all, the Rangers are our daddy.

Hell no! He'll replace his ass with Musgrove, Paulino, or Martes.

At this point, hating on Keuchel is no longer overreacting. He is terrible right now.

He needs to be shut down for a good while.

don't know what's sadder what happened to Gomez or Dallas. Well, Keuchel because since he's homegrown. But wow.

Has Castro came within a foot of a pitch lately?

correction, no playoff contenders have such dismal/inconsistent production from 5-9. I think you, like me and many others, got caught up in CC's flashes of brilliance last year. We expected him to have +100 RBIs and 35-40 HRs. In reality, we should have expected him to have a season akin to what similar pedigree players had in their 2nd season (Machado/Harper/Trout), which is .275-.280 avg, 70-80 RBIs, and 20-30 HRs.

Mets did fire the Astros current hitting coach two years ago+4 days. :p

Maybe he'll go in on Crane if he's fired ;)

The team is checking out. They don't even know the pitch count of balls and strikes.

Keuchel totally out of it. Unacceptable for that to happen to him with him being a lefty. Totally not paying attention to Andrus there. Pathetic.

For the love of the baseball gods... pull Dallas.

    This is shameful.

17-28 after this game. 9-10 GB back... anything is possible, but changes need to be made.

You can at least say you tried early on to turn it around. I'm all for a Bregman call-up. Imagine... the balls it would take to do it this early... I would.

Anyways, the team looks like it needs a jolt. Bregman would do the trick. Maybe even calling up AJ Reed.

    Come on Luhnow.

At this point they should save Devenski and have him pitch in Keuchel place for a while. Put Keuchel on the "injured" list like they did Gomez and see if that can get his head and body right.
