To get Campbell out of rhythm and not allow him to beat us deep... which he was doing with ease. As it was, Allen was beat... but he should have been able to make the tackle. He failed at that as well.
just picking on Allen. I know he's giving up cushion on the deep ball but you also just can't give away 15 yard hitch routes like it means nothing. Also, bad time to gamble with a safety blitz.
AnnaMegan Anna-Megan Raley Mario Williams has suffered a torn pectoral muscle. He will not return to the game. If it's torn, that means he's out for the season, right?
If I'm a coach I am going at Jason Allen every single play. Unbelievable that we play so soft. And then Allen turns his back to the player when he "breaks" on the ball...pathetic. Sadly, I would rather have Allen playing than Jackson because at least Allen turns around and finds the ball when it is in the air awhile and can make a play on it.
i don't know why it takes teams so long to figure out our weakness. just throw to where allen/jackson is.
If its a partial tear, its a strain, then no. I don't think they can diagnose a complete tear without imaging.
The Texans have NOT announced that, and no one knows. McClain was speculating about the various timetables for recovery, and Raley mistakenly took it as fact.
Our pressure has been affecting that pattern all day. We backed off, and the Raiders started blocking some, and Campbell got in a rhythm.
