Schaub threw that pick but played OK otherwise. I'm not going to pump him up. But you're a moron if you say Schaub sucked (which is fine) but turn around and say TJ was great last year (he wasn't). Red Zone offense is an issue, but we moved the ball MUCH better today than we did last year.
you're a pathetic football fan if you think he played poorly He made 1 horrible decision/throw that required a great DB play He was up against the #1 D in the NFL over the last 8 games. And he checked down where necessary. Ran it when they didn't bite on playpass
Where's Donnymost to check this joseph character and the rest of the Texans haters. "I'm realistic" "Keep your stats" TJ can't do ****. It's a shame he still has 2 years on his contract.
Everyone said we'd lose because of Cincinnati's defense and now that we won ppl are complaining that we only won by six. Yes we have some red zone issues but give the Bengals some facking credit. Game is over 1-0, in to the next one
yes that's how most playoff games happen. my favorite... http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/201101230chi.htm what we want is to schaub to have a similar performance like erin roygers did, but with less than 2 ints this time. defense and special teams!
Nothing major if I remember. Owen Daniels got dinged up for a play or 2 but no major injuries.
Not the prettiest, but I'll take it. Hate games where one team clearly dominates, but the score doesn't reflect it. As for Schaub: Pick 6 (worst throw of the night) 4 of 10 on 3rd down (worse than last week) Dropped TD by AJ Went 10-12 in the 2nd half and got the game-sealing first down Was it a good game? No. It wasn't. But Cincinatti's defense is fairly salty, so I'm not too discouraged. A lot saltier than New England's, at least. We're still alive, and that's all that matters. Onto Foxboro.
During the 1st half . .. . it reminded me of the OU v Texas A&M game and I felt the Texans were playing the role of OU Rocket River
Maybe at one point, but we finished 8 for 17 which is pretty decent. Only twice this season have we finished at 50% (Denver) or better (Baltimore).
