Ugh. Even when the offense looks like they might be getting their mojo back, they still have to settle for field goals.
While Gary was calling some good plays, the Tate run was way too predictable and had ZERO execution. On 2nd and short, from that part of the field, they need to still stay aggressive and work over the middle passing routes.
daniels has got to convert that. don't know why foster had to go out, when he was hot like that. he needs no rest if he's on a roll.
we got a field goal but at least the offense looked.. competent. Looks like kubiak is looking at the other side of the lamentated playcall sheet.
Good drive, but we cant afford to settle for these FGs...I say we need at least 2 TDs, preferably 3, to win this game.

sometime you just need to force 2 yards... I would like to think you can run for 2 yards even if everyone knows thats what you are doing.
Not being able to convert 2nd/3rd and short has plagued them severely the last two weeks. Until they start picking those up, this offense will continue to struggle.
That's where the execution comes in. They had no control of the LOS on that run. Probably because the Bengals stacked the box because they were looking for it.
