This is why Springer will be missed. I guarantee you, he was the one to bang that loud music, get the strobe light out and get everyone excited again. He is Mr intangible, in which is invaluable.
I'm hoping Javier starts, but expect Urquidy to start. Javier's endurance is kind of like a box of chocolates, but also can be amazing. Urquidy can go 3 if needed or go 6 almost as easily.
Reddick is 1-5 vs Berrios Diaz is 2-3 with a double vs Berrios I would like to see Brantley in left, Tucker in RF, and Diaz at DH.
Looks like plan was Greinke 5, then Framber. I'm glad Dusty adapted and put Framber in early. I'm surprised as he has basically opted to leave a guy in until he gets in trouble during the regular season.
Missed the game although I was scoreboard watching on my phone. Glad they got the W and being Japanese, glad Maeda pitched well without getting the W. Now please finish them off tomorrow. I know it's the 1st round but I won't be able to handle a game 3 elimination game.
Tell you what, this Billy wouldn't trade a franchise receiver out of spite to the first available team that says yes.
I've been incredibly busy this season so I haven't been able to watch many of the games this year. A question for some of ya'll: 1. What has been our biggest issues aside from I guess bullpen due to injuries? 2. How have some of our young pitchers aside from Framber looked this year? And what kind of projections do you have on them going forward? Ever since Josh James first season with us where he was just absolutely filthy with his AB vs Mookie in the postseason that year, I had high hopes for him. But he's had issues since so I'm a little bit more on predicting pitching of very young players
