i told my boss earlier in the day i'd give 3 to 1 Lidge would blow it. he didn't take it, he agreed.

 

Well that fastball was 96....but it was still up in the zone.

After watching last season and this year's Spring training he is still the closer right now. I'm thinking Garner is going to give him at least a month no matter how bad he does. Who knows .. maybe he will leave him as the closer all year because Brad is such a nice guy.
