All that sound and fury, and all it really did was slightly weaken the hitters the Phils'll throw out there in the ninth. Nice. (Not that Jenkins and Burrell are anything to sneeze at.)

It would seem incredibly ironic if Valverde blew a save tonight on the heels of Lidge pitching Lights Out the previous game.

Hopefully that doesn't happen though.
