Wow, it is SO SAD that the kicker is one of the main reasons our team won't make the playoffs. Four Down territory from now on
Around Thanksgiving we had that "Fire Kris Brown" thread and everybody piled on those of us who thought he should be canned. I hope those of you who thought keeping him was the only option are happy today.
Oh my god you have to be kidding me...I say we go for it on every 4th down from now on just to prove a point to this guy.
In a team sport like football, I have never seen basically one player ruin the season for a team.....................and Kris Brown has done just that and not just this game but several.
ive been waiting for something to put me over the edge and to get emotionally connected with this team. if they bring out a different kicker next chance i think that will do it.
The defense is going to have to score because our O can't score TD's in the red zone and we can't kick FG's.
Why? He's not missing based on bad luck. He's missing based on his own mental issues... and he's doing the team a disservice by continuing to kick when he has no idea where the ball is going. There are several available kickers who can make these FG's.
