Tucker can go anytime he wants. He's got the best instincts on the team. Bregman's very good too but he's not a basestealer.

Agreed. Tucker can run and read a pitcher. Straw is fast but no instincts.

Nice of Altuve to run that one out all the way at his own leisurely pace.

Chaz is by all accounts very good, he just doesn't get any chances...all his hits are XBH

That was a horrible jump. A guy with his speed should not get thrown out from the knees on a 1 hop throw on an 85mph slider, by any catcher in the history of baseball.

Where's Bagwell and Biggio with some lessons?

    Straw has a noodle arm.

Also, Yankees lose on a walk off HR to Detroit just now in the 10th with 2 outs . HAHAHA

At this point I would let him finish. He's thrown 50 pitches so he's out for 3-4 days already.

If your plan is to use him again the same way in Framber's next start....you let him go as long as he can.

Yes. Stros dugout was rightfully pissed after the ruling.

If the Stros could get some traffic and then some runs and get some more pitchers out there it would bode quite well for the rest of the series.

    I know I'm asking a lot here.

That was inches shorter than the Padres homer earlier in the game.
