On a really positive note, Junior looks absolutely fantastic!!!

 

I wonder if Brinson or Dirden can do better than what Meyers is doing right now. Clearly, he isn't the same guy we saw last year.

 

He's either hurt, or, maybe he's just been figured out. Either way I expect Matijevic to be the first one up if Jake is sent down/put on the IL, especially with Chas expected to be back shortly.

 

Astros are going to regret not winning while the Yankees were on their slide.

 

I guess Dusty isn't playing Hensley anytime soon. He's just there to keep the bench warm.

They need to open their eyes and forget the doctors report. Something IS wrong, Jakes has never been this bad. But MLB isn't the place right now. He need MiLB rehab and another Doctor's opinion. It may not be a structural issue. Perhaps something else.

I believe in Jake, which is why I believe something else is going on and they need to find out what it is,
