All series talk goes in here. Non series talk goes somewhere else. No PVP that can be found from other sources if you need it. All games are broadcast on Root Sports unless otherwise noted.

5-24 Chris Tillman, RHP vs. Doug Fister, RHP 7:10

5-25 Tyler Wilson vs. Collin McHugh, RHP 7:10

5-26 Kevin Gausman, RHP vs. Lance McCullers, RHP 7:10

Well, FWIW that Rangers series was a bit of a breaking point for me.

Not that I think this team in incapable of going on big run, but it now feels like a long shot. So losses will be a little easier to deal with.

Yeah, I think I'm going back in to pre-2015 mode. Looking towards the possible trades, the draft, and what might be in the future. If they can manage to go on a run at some point, great! If not, I wasn't expecting too much anyway.

Haven't listened to your VM yet since I just got notified I had one, but we will be there Thursday already. Got tickets through the wife's work. I'll try to give you a call tonight.

We need a sweep but it's highly doubtful....2 of 3 would be nice.

watch us get 2 out 3 in the next 2 series but all becomes a wash as the rangers sweep us 4 in a row. =/

but it's baseball got to love the gentleman's sport.

Went there and done that about 2 weeks ago. Right now I am focused on the up and coming guys and individual performances more than wins/losses.

While my hope for the future hasn't diminished yet, my hope for this season is in serious peril.

Would rather see White than Valbuena, other than that I love the changes

Maybe Hinch and Luhnow can do something about these chairs next.

at this point i don't get not playing white everyday... throw him out there and see what he can do. he's shown more in a handful of weeks than valbuena has all season.

Agreed, however Valbuena is the one they need to get going.... either to get more value out of the $6 million they're paying him, or to flip him for something of value at the deadline.

Because! (Just giving you Hinch's best answer to that question). Ya can't argue with success though. :)

What a depressing season. Seems like nothing can go the way in favor of Houston teams this calendar year.

Who is this Chris Tillman fellow pitching against the Astros tonight? He seems pretty good with a 6-1 record and 2.61 ERA. I would say the Astros are in for another long night.

The Astros need to give out Astros branded razor blades for the game tonight.
