Speaking of this... 3 of the 4 homers he's allowed this season have come in what FanGraphs considers "low leverage" situations, which spans 6.1 innings. He's allowed 6 hits in such situations and 5 have gone for extra bases.

Gregerson threw 10.2 innings in May. I wonder how many of those were considered "low leverage."

On the other hand, he has 9.1 "high leverage" innings, and opponents are slashing .172/.200/.241 off of him in those situations. So maybe he does thrive in more tense settings...

Much of his struggles have occurred at home, too. I think he'll rectify that, but then again, he makes some posters' asses pucker.

JR is that really you?? That looks painful. I guess you will think twice before posting to Cfans next time you are at a ballgame.

Looking like the lead is going to jump back up to 5 games... which is nice. One game at a time.

Maybe a dumb question, but where can I find a full video of game highlights? ESPN only shows one or two plays and MLB.com has all the highlights, but each in their own video and oftentimes the ad before the video is longer than the clip.

    Any help would be appreciated!

That was genuinely funny when you and your friends were giving a slow motion re-enactment. Also you look like Christian Bale.

I love when Gattis hits a home run. He crushes it every time and knows it.

Agree, he did a GREAT job after that 2nd inning.

Now, right now he is our number 2, and that is the way we are going to judge him, we need MORE from him. He can't continue to have those innings of 4 runs. His ERA right now is over 4 and we need him to lower that to the 3.30-3.50 range.

After him, we have McCullers that has shown great stuff, but can't go deep in games.
I like Obie as a number 4 but would prefer for him to be a number 5.

Hernandez, well forget about that guy, he is just not good enough. I prefer Straily over him any day.

This is what i would do:

Give a chance with Straily while Feldman recovers. Take Hernandez out of rotation and use him in Buchanan's spot.

If Straily pitches like he did with A's, we dont only have a starter, but he could be our number 3 starter (again, if he pitches like he did for Oakland, and like he is doing lately at triple a).

Because of Feldman's contract, that would mean Feldman 4 and Obie 5 in our rotation.

Straily was very very good only 2 years ago, last year he did struggle, but the numbers where not that bad in Oakland last year, he had a 1.25 whip, not bad at all. If he had that whip with us, he is a strong number 3 guy. He does not walks many, his problem is the long ball. Lets give him the chance to prove himself, Heranandez already has proven that he is below average, and we need more.
