I imagine most of the rings are closer to the 10K fan ring. They usually hand out the rings in tiers so the groundskeepers get similar looking but much cheaper rings than the players. I imagine the player rings are well over 50K. Either way it is a hefty bill.
Here are the tiers of rings. My guess is the employees down the chain get either the elite fan ring or fan ring.
I’m glad you guys can talk about the rings. I remember being sad back in 2006 that we could only talk about the NL rings instead of the real one. Now it’s the real one. I’m just soaking it all in.
Who said cut? I think I said becoming expendable as in not a lock in RF given the talent we have and the poor playoff and start to season. I am hoping he has the best year in RF history and actually provides something in the playoffs.
he may have struggled overall in the playoffs offensively but you can always count on him defensively in that outfield. he isn't going anywhere
The Astros are hitting .385 against Dylan Bundy after facing him twice in his career (one start, one relief appearance). Not bad against a pitcher who has maintained MLB hitters to an average of .246 over his career.
We need to enjoy what we have here over the next two years. This group is beyond special, it's a generational talent base.
They said he was 'uncomfortable' yesterday. Giving him today off gives him two days of rest with the off day tomorrow.
Yes. Correa played yesterday with the toe issue. Correa gets off today and tomorrow (off day), to rest his toe.
Yeah I’d suspect the bulk of the rings are of the $300 variety. Still an incredibly nice gesture. I think the owners rings are in the 15k range and I’ve heard the players rings were 70k plus.
