    Yeah all the black superstars and upcoming superstars don't like him... Looking at what he did to T-Mac but Yao got a pass and is honored. Then Landry, Brooks, Lowry is mad and so is Kevin Martin. Almost every player that he deals or dealt with ends up ticked off. I understand why he struck out with Carmelo, Bosh and Dwight. They all rather go to places where the management is straight up going to invest in them and in other stars plus give them things under the table.

    Are Asiks ratings a product of him or the system he plays under?

    Couldn't the Rox just sign Camby for less and get better production?

    This has been pointed out many times. Camby is near retirement age. Asik is going into his prime. Sure, Camby can do the same things as Asik, but you can't depend on Camby's body holding up much longer. If Camby was younger, you wouldn't have been able to get him in such a low price.

    Terrible. Asik is a great defender, but he's beyond a scrub offensively. He's like a better defensive version of Kwame Brown. Terrible hands, can't finish, and hasn't shown to play long extended minutes. $8 mil/yr. Terrible.

    and Spencer Hawes gets 2-yr. $13M, i'll feel more comfortable with that than 3-yr. $25M for Asik.

    for that money we can have Hawes+Camby and that's a good off/def combo. plus we get to keep Lee :(

    As much as i don't like hawes for this team, i would prefer to have him for that deal along with a resigned camby and lee over asik and his deal.
