I think Bowers should be target #1. Then go after Dashon Goldson to be the 3rd safety if he is cut.

Can I ask why? He's done almost nothing in the NFL on top of ending the last 3 seasons on injured reserve.

 

Based on Obrien's conference, adjust team needs to:
Kick returner
Safety Depth
Offensive line

 

Just make it through a practice dude. Lol... O'Brien is kinda hard on the kid.

 

I don't think he meant that in a hateful manner. Crennel used that same type of language about Clowney and he didn't mean it disparagingly. They are being blunt.

OB talking this freely about the QBs in this draft makes it pretty clear we aren't going to go after any of them. He seems to really like the Mallett/Hoyer duo.

 

Agreed.

I think he loves Mariotta. Too bad the kid stayed at Oregon for another year, otherwise I think he'd be the Texans QB right now.

Yep.. which is really interesting. Doesn't fit the prototype but MM seems to have a high football IQ.

Louis Nix not rehabbing at the facility really pisses me off. Sounds like he could really be cut this year if he doesn't get his act together.

 

I can see Wilfork giving Nix several headlocks and noogies over the coming year.

 

I can' t believe what I' m seeing with the Texans restructuring Watts contract it looks like they are looking to make more moves. Finally acting like a big league club that wants to win. Love it!
